Acceptance of terms
By using and purchasing from www.counsellingconfidence.co.uk you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Price
Prices as stated on our website are in £GBP (British Pound Sterling) and do not include VAT as we are not registered.
Payment
Payment is via our website and we use Paypal only to process the payment. Through Paypal we are able to accept most debit and credit cards. Items will not be sent for delivery until the total payment has been received.
Packaging
We always try our best to ensure that all our products are packaged to the highest standard possible. Single packs of cards will arrive in a sealed padded envelope and multiple items will be packaged appropriately.
Delivery
We try and send out all orders within 24hrs of payment but as we are a small company please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Delivery is included is the price unless stated otherwise.
Returns
Counselling in Confidence will refund any unwanted products if they are still in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note we will not refund the cost of postage.
Refunds
If you believe the product to be faulty please return it to us for testing. We will happily replace or refund any faulty goods. Please note we will not refund the cost of postage.
